OBT Universal Radio Mount Installation Instructions

Tools Needed:

• Consult your vehicle’s manual for any specific tools needed to access the rocker switch slot.

Step 1: Locate an Empty Rocker Switch Slot

• Find an empty rocker switch slot on your dashboard. Dimensions should be .830" x 1.45" (21.08mm x 36.83mm).

Step 2: Prepare the Mount

• Unbox your OBT Universal Radio Mount.

Step 3: Insert the Mount

• Align the mount with the slot and press it into place.

Step 4: Attach Your Radio

• Slide your GSMR handheld radio into the mount, ensuring it’s securely held.

Step 5: Check for Obstructions

• Ensure the mounted radio doesn’t obstruct other controls on your dashboard. If you find that in stock locations of your vehicle the mount does not fit we will work with you to ensure you have one that does.

Step 6: Hit the Trails!

• Your radio is now securely mounted—enjoy your next adventure!

• Tight Tolerances: Variations in rocker switch slot sizes are normal between different vehicles.
