OBT Return Policy
At OBT, we’re committed to ensuring you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a 45-day return policy.
How It Works:
- 45-Day Return Window: You have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Opened Products: For items that have been opened or used, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To Start a Return:
- Contact us at info@obtoffroad.com to request a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.
- Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@obtoffroad.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about specific items, please get in touch.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@obtoffroad.com.
