At OBT Offroad, we are committed to delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality and performance. We back our OBT ProFlex Mounts with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered:

• Defective Materials or Workmanship: If you experience any issues due to defective materials or workmanship within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product with a similar item, at our discretion.

What’s Not Covered:

• Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear from regular use is not covered under this warranty.
• Improper Use or Installation: Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow installation instructions is excluded from coverage.
• 3M VHB Tape: Any failure of the 3M VHB tape beyond its rated tensile strength is not covered by this warranty.

Limitations of Liability:

OBT Offroad is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims for personal injury, property damage, or loss related to the use of our products.

How to Claim:

If you believe your product is defective and covered under this warranty, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase. Depending on the situation, we may request that you return the product for evaluation. Any repairs or replacements made under this warranty may be subject to shipping and handling fees.
